Shipping policy

Free shipping on every US order

All orders ship free within the United States. There is no minimum spend.

Where we ship

We currently ship to the United States only. We're working on opening other countries and will announce it here when we do.

Processing and delivery

Orders are processed within 1–2 business days. Delivery typically takes 8–12 business days from dispatch.

Our products are made and shipped from our overseas manufacturing partners, which is how we keep prices where they are. It means delivery takes longer than a domestic warehouse would — we'd rather tell you that up front than surprise you at checkout.

Duties and import fees

All applicable tariffs and import fees on US orders are included in the price you pay. You will not be billed anything additional on delivery.

Tracking

You'll get a tracking number by email as soon as your order ships. Tracking can take 2–3 days to begin updating.

Multiple items

Orders with several items may arrive in separate packages on different days. This is normal and you won't be charged extra.

Delayed or missing orders

If your order hasn't arrived within 20 business days, contact support and we'll either resend it or refund you in full.

Wrong address

Contact us within 12 hours of ordering if you need to correct your address. After dispatch we can't reroute a package.
